hybrid_sorting is a brand new Harry Potter sorting community. Rather than being sorted into the four canon houses of Harry Potter you get sorted into the hybrid house that most suits your personality. You can be a Gryffinclaw, Huffledor, Slythindor, Ravenpuff, Slythinpuff or Slythinclaw. Everything has only just begun, so hurry and apply today! Hope to see you there!

Just a sorting community? Right, and a truffle is just a 600 dollar mushroom.

Why not try something a little different for once?

Do something exciting and make new friends along the way!

This is not your ordinary community...It is so much more!

This is an online reality game.  It is played just like all those reality shows that grace our television screens but in this game it is you who gets all the guts and glory.  It is YOU who could leave the winner.  Do you think you have what it takes to win?  Give it a shot.

  • Participate in 'face-offs' to win immunity

  • Work as a team

  • Vote players off one by one

  • Be a winner

  • Be a achiever

Read more onljgames_au   Places are filling up quickly so get in while you still can, you won't regret it.

Note: You do not have to be Australian to play the game.  It is only based in Australia

12:07 am - Why not#
Seeing as ?!?!? is a bit bothersome to type wouldn't it be nice if we could adopt a new punctuation mark? Possibly #. It's hard enough to gather emphasis and feelings from typing # would be a great step in this. ?! alone looks sort of eh whereas ?!? or !?! both give maybe more emphasis than necessary. # would be a simple way to show when it's a question from shock.

I encourage its spread and usage.

11:22 pm - Ducttape
There are many scholarship competitions out there. Some very expected and reasonable, others sort of strange.

A friend and I created and wore ducttape dresses for prom for a scholarship competition. In addition to judged portions there is a popular vote.

The voting period is from June 17th- June 26th. http://www.ducktapeclub.com/contests/prom/entries.asp
We are entry #3338 the first pair listed. Read more...Collapse )

So please vote!
Much obliged.

In P.E. class in elementary school we played deck tennis. It was one thing I was fairly passable at. It was invented to be played on ship voyages apparently because the ring won't roll away. Originally played with a loop of rope people now use rubber rings. So it's alot like volleyball except without volleying because it's a rubber ring not ball. You have to catch and throw with just a swing or what not. No standing around holding the ring.

It's a good game. I've missed it since I moved.
